The Law firm, in a view to maximum efficiency, sets an initial appointment for the evaluation of the problem, the estimate of costs and times, the evaluation of the obtainable results. This first meeting, when it is purely exploratory, is free.
The quantification of the Law firm’s fees is determined on the basis of the following 3 criteria:
- a) determination of the fees based only on the performed services, relating to the result and the benefit obtained by the Client;.
- b) determination of the fees on the basis of the Forensic Price List, according to value and complexity, pursuant to Ministerial Decree 55/2014.
- c) determination of the feeswith a flat rate criterion, on a monthly or annual basis, for ongoing consultancy to companies.
